Returns & Exchanges

At Goodhood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original delivery box, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
